Here is your opportunity to sample the Upledger Institute’s CranioSacral Therapy workshop.

This one-day program is a mix of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. It is highly recommended to attend if you want to train as a CranioSacral Therpaist.

The workshop is designed to teach you the benefits of CST along with techniques you can use on family and friends and for your own health.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the craniosacral system – the physiological body system comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

The workshop is open to anybody who is interested in trainig in CranioSacral Therapy, from those who are considering training to those who just want to know more about this wonderful holistic approach to healthcare.
